In the Northeast you will also find The Moda Center, the Oregon Convention Center, and the Rose Quarter which hosts many concerts and NBA games.
Northwest Portland stretches from the urban Pearl District, Nob Hill, and Old Chinatown up through the hills to the planned communities of Forest Heights and Bethany. This quadrant boasts sophisticated shopping and dining, nightlife, boutiques, as well as Forest Park’s urban wilderness gorgeous city views from historic Pittock Mansion.
Southwest Portland encompasses neighborhoods like Downtown Portland, Goose Hollow, Hillsdale, Dunthorpe, Multnomah Village, and Southwest Hills. Southwest Portland is home to the International Rose Test Garden, the Portland Art Museum, and the Oregon Zoo.
Southeast Portland is a very large area of the city and home to some of the most popular neighborhoods. Including Hawthorne, Division, Belmont, Foster-Powell, Montavilla, and Sellwood-Moreland.
